Nous collaborons avec un développeur international de premier plan dans le secteur de l'énergie, à la recherche d'un Chef de Projet expérimenté pour piloter des projets de systèmes de stockage d'énergie par batteries (BESS) à travers la France.

Ce poste est basé à Paris et offre l'opportunité de diriger l'ensemble du cycle de vie des projets - du développement et des autorisations jusqu'à la construction et la mise en service.

Responsabilités principales :

Gérer les projets BESS depuis la phase pré-construction jusqu'à la réalisation, en garantissant une livraison dans les délais et selon le budget

Superviser les activités d'ingénierie, d'approvisionnement et de construction (EPC)

Coordonner les équipes internes, les parties prenantes externes et les sous-traitants

Assurer la conformité réglementaire et administrative selon les normes françaises

Suivre les budgets, les calendriers et les risques liés aux projets

Représenter l'entreprise auprès des autorités locales, des collectivités et des propriétaires fonciers

Profil recherché :

Minimum 4 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets dans les secteurs de l'énergie ou des infrastructures

Bonne maîtrise des technologies BESS et des exigences liées à l'intégration réseau

Expérience confirmée dans la livraison de projets complexes en énergies renouvelables ou stockage en France

Connaissance approfondie des processus d'autorisations et cadres réglementaires français

Maîtrise du français (écrit et oral)

Formation technique ou en ingénierie souhaitée

Opportunity:

This leading international consultancy, with a global reputation for delivering major rail and infrastructure projects around the world are looking for an experienced international expert to join their team. The initial contract shall be a 12-month (with considerable extensions) assignment to be based in the capital, Manila as part of an international team.

Responsibilities:

The successful individual shall be responsible for supporting in the management and implementation of all procurement and commercial aspects of the project. These will be during the design, tendering, procurement and constructions stages. The role shall be working on behalf of the end client on the JICA/ ADB financed project being carried out to FIDIC conditions.

Major Tasks and Duties

1) Review the cost and quantity estimation based on the detailed engineering design drawings and technical specifications.

2) Assist the end client in evaluating bids submitted by contractors in terms of cost aspect.

3) Check all submissions regarding invoices from contractor(s) related to all construction works including track, civil, structure, building (stations and depot) except signaling & telecom. E&M,rolling stock.

Key requirements for the role:

Graduate in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying20 years of General Work ExperienceExperience in design, tender assistance and construction stage for railway projects: Ten (10) yearExperience as cost estimation specialist in at least one (1) railway project in design stage and in one (1) railway project in construction stage. Salary Package:

An experienced Project Manager is sought to join a fast-paced renewable energy development and construction environment in Cape Town. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of large-scale Wind and Solar PV projects across South Africa, managing construction from financial close through to COD and handover.

This is a full-time position based in the Newlands office, with regular travel to project sites across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day delivery of EPC and Supply & Installation contracts

Oversee project milestones: construction, commissioning, handover, and close-out

Prepare and track contractual notifications, variation orders, and claims

Coordinate with Owner's Engineers, EPC contractors, environmental officers, and other service providers

Lead monthly project meetings and oversee site-based activities

Ensure grid code compliance and support Eskom-related processes

Manage relationships with lenders' technical advisors and independent engineers

Support transition to O&M and close-out activities post-DNP

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 15 years' post-graduate experience in infrastructure or energy project delivery

At least 5 years in renewable energy or large multi-disciplinary construction projects

Degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil), Quantity Surveying, or Building Science

Strong knowledge of construction contracts and contract management

Proven leadership and stakeholder coordination skills
