Una realtà internazionale in forte crescita nel settore delle energie rinnovabili cerca un/una Key Account Manager strutturato/a, con approccio consulenziale e orientamento strategico, per rafforzare le relazioni con i clienti esistenti e gestire in autonomia un portafoglio ad alto potenziale.

Responsabilità ed attivitá principali

  • Gestione e fidelizzazione di clienti strategici (key accounts), con obiettivo di lungo termine

  • Analisi dei bisogni dei clienti e proposta di soluzioni personalizzate, in collaborazione con il team tecnico

  • Monitoraggio costante delle performance commerciali e ottimizzazione dei contratti esistenti

  • Sviluppo del valore del cliente (upselling / cross-selling)

  • Collaborazione con il Sales Director e il team operativo per garantire un servizio fluido e continuativo

Partecipazione a fiere, eventi e incontri B2B, in qualità di referente commerciale

Competenze della risorsa ideale

Competenze tecniche:

  • Esperienza comprovata nella gestione di clienti complessi e strategici

  • Familiarità con la vendita consulenziale B2B in settori tecnici o industriali (preferibile: energia, impiantistica, sostenibilità)

  • Ottima capacità di lettura dati, reportistica e gestione KPI

  • Conoscenza del ciclo di vita del cliente e delle dinamiche post-vendita

Soft skills:

  • Orientamento al cliente e forte empatia relazionale

  • Eccellenti capacità di ascolto, negoziazione e problem solving

  • Precisione, affidabilità, autonomia nella gestione di progetti e trattative

  • Attitudine collaborativa e capacità di lavorare in sinergia con altri dipartimenti
