We are currently supporting a leading renewable energy developer in their search for an Administrative & Financial Manager (RAF) to join their Paris-based team. The organisation delivers sustainable infrastructure projects across sub-Saharan Africa and is looking for someone who can support both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic goals.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive professional to join a purpose-driven company making a tangible impact in clean energy development.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Coordination
Manage supplier contracts, invoices, and payment tracking
Prepare internal documentation, progress reports, and general correspondence
Coordinate travel, meeting schedules, and team events
Finance & Accounting
Oversee banking operations, reconciliations, and treasury
Support payroll processing and budgeting
Assist in preparing financial reports and audits
HR & Internal Communication
Support recruitment processes and employee onboarding
Manage internal communication tools and coordinate team updates
Provide training on internal systems and processes
Digital Tools & Process Improvement
Manage collaborative platforms such as Office 365, SharePoint, and Notion
Update the company website and provide basic social media support
Identify ways to streamline processes and increase operational efficiency
Candidate Profile
Education: Bac+2/3 in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in administrative, finance, or office management roles
Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Notion and Odoo is an advantage
Languages: Fluent in French, with professional working proficiency in English
Soft Skills: Organised, autonomous, communicative, and adaptable
Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural setting and support Africa-focused projects
