The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are looking for a Telecommunication and Systems Supervisor to join a global leader in construction sector for one of Norway's technical infrastructure projects involving roads, tunnels, bridges, drill and blast works.

Job Role / Responsibilities
- Multidisciplinary overview on upcoming challenges
- Coordinate and supervise the installation of telecommunication networks, control systems, and monitoring equipment.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure integration of communication systems with electrical and mechanical installations.
- Review and approve system designs, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Monitor the progress and quality of telecommunication installations, addressing technical challenges.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless connectivity and integration across systems.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical support during commissioning and testing phases.
- DABS meetings
- Address technical challenges and implement solutions to meet project milestones.
Project
The infrastructure project is based on the West Coast of Norway and consist of the construction of several tunnels, bridges and highways, the construction has already started and is estimated to last for at least 3 more years.
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience with the same role in Construction
- Proven experience in managing telecommunication systems for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of fiber optics, wireless networks, and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret system designs and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Completion of telecommunication milestones within timeline and budget.
- Integration and functionality of systems as per project requirements.
- Compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Technical education related
- Scandinavia experience
