The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are looking for a Mechanical Facilities Supervisor to join a global leader in construction sector for one of Norway's technical infrastructure projects involving roads, tunnels, bridges, drill and blast works.

Job Role / Responsibilities
- Multidisciplinary overview on upcoming challenges
- Coordinate and supervise power supply, lighting, communication systems, and control system installations.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Monitor progress and address quality or technical issues during electrical installation
- Collaborate with mechanical, civil, and other teams to align project schedules and milestones.
- Review and approve electrical drawings, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and environmental policies.
- LOTO implementation
- Address technical challenges and implement solutions to meet project milestones.
- DABS meetings
Project
The infrastructure project is based on the West Coast of Norway and consist of the construction of several tunnels, bridges and highways, the construction has already started and is estimated to last for at least 3 more years.
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience with the same role in Construction
- Proven experience in managing mechanical installations for large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of HVAC, fire protection, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Timely completion of mechanical installation milestones.
- Adherence to budget constraints.
- Compliance with safety and quality standards
- Technical education related
- Scandinavia experience
