Technical Construction Lead - Dams and Hydropower (Paris)

We're partnering with a leading renewable energy company expanding their hydropower portfolio across Africa, with active projects in Rwanda, Gabon, and Kenya.

They are now seeking an Technical Construction Lead to join their Paris-based team. This is a pivotal role overseeing the planning, costing, and delivery of hydropower projects, with regular travel to sub-Saharan Africa.

The Role Involves:

Developing cost estimates, construction timelines, and resource plans
Coordinating with local teams, subcontractors, and technical partners
Managing execution and quality control throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of experience in civil or infrastructure project delivery
Skilled in MS Project, Primavera, Eurocodes, FIDIC standards
Fluent in French and English
Hydropower or African market experience is highly desirable

Location: Paris with frequent travel to Africa
Salary: €50,000 - €90,000, based on experience
Type: Permanent, full-time
Start Date: ASAP
