Leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are looking for an Mechanical Facilities Supervisor to join a global leader in construction sector for one of Norway's technical infrastructure projects involving roads, tunnels, bridges, drill and blast works.

Job Role / Responsibilities
- Multidisciplinary overview on upcoming challenges
- Coordinate and supervise power supply, lighting, communication systems, and control system installations.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Monitor progress and address quality or technical issues during electrical installations.
- Collaborate with mechanical, civil, and other teams to align project schedules and milestones.
- Review and approve electrical drawings, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and environmental policies.
- LOTO implementation
- Address technical challenges and implement solutions to meet project milestones.
- DABS meetings
Requirements
- Atleast 5 years experience with the same role in Construction
- Technical education related
- Proven experience in managing mechanical installations for large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of HVAC, fire protection, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills Timely completion of mechanical installation milestones.
- Adherence to budget constraints.
- Compliance with safety and quality standards
