The market leading infrastructure & energy recruiter is seeking a Project Manager from a Transmission & Distribution Construction background to be based near the clients sites across Texas.

Job Role / Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to execute substation, transmission line, and telecommunication projects from design to closeout, overseeing 5-20 projects simultaneously with budgets ranging from $100k to $50M. You'll manage project schedules, financials, and client approval processes, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. Additionally, you will coordinate with vendors for field activities, provide regular updates to clients, and assist in developing multi-year capital expenditure plans. You'll also focus on optimizing outage efficiency and sequencing, while ensuring alignment with project schedules and budgets for seamless execution.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management with 7+ years of experience in relevant industries. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software are essential. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and work collaboratively is required.

Salary Package

$170,000 - $220,000 + a competitive benefits package
