Job Role / Responsibilities
The Construction Project Manager supports the EPC Project Manager or Program Manager in overseeing all aspects of project execution, from pre-construction through completion and warranty phases. This role is responsible for managing safety, quality, scheduling, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, proposals, estimates, and documentation turnover. Additionally, the Construction Project Manager plays a key role in client relations, field staff management, and ensuring successful delivery of EPC, Construction Management, and Program Management projects.
Requirements
In this role, you will ensure adherence to safety protocols while overseeing the safety performance of both the project team and subcontractors. You will manage daily construction operations, including project planning, scheduling, cost control, and resource allocation. Building and maintaining client relationships, managing contracts, proposals, and project-related discussions will also be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will lead the bid process, manage subcontractor selection, and ensure compliance with project permits and documentation. You will oversee project budgets, forecasts, and progress reports, collaborating with engineering teams on deliverables. Managing risk assessments, contract administration, invoicing, and ensuring quality assurance across the project lifecycle will be essential. Lastly, you will provide mentorship to the project team, manage labor agreements, and ensure efficient staffing, equipment, and resource management throughout the project.
Salary Package
$150,000 - $210,000 + a competitive benefits package
