Job Title: General Superintendent

Job Summary:

My client is seeking a highly skilled Project Superintendent with expertise in heavy civil construction / wastewater to join their team in Houston, TX. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a dynamic and growth-oriented setting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of heavy civil construction / utilities projects.
• Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of projects.
• Lead and mentor teams, conducting daily reviews and addressing challenges proactively.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to align project needs and deliverables.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular progress updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in heavy civill / utilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.
• Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction methods and equipment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
