As Project Developer, you'll be pivotal in the development and execution of solar PV projects in the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and evaluating potential solar PV project sites throughout the UK, considering technical feasibility, grid connection, permitting requirements, and economic viability.
  • Contributing to the formulation of project proposals, including conducting market research, financial analysis, and risk assessments.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams such as engineering, construction, and finance to ensure the successful initiation and execution of solar PV projects.
  • Engaging in negotiations and forging partnerships with landowners, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, including permits, contracts, and tender documents.
  • Conducting on-site visits and assessing project progress to ensure compliance with project milestones, budgets, and timelines.
  • Staying on top of industry trends, policies, and regulations pertaining to The UK solar PV market.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, whether it's renewable energy, engineering, environmental sciences, or business.
  • A profound zeal for renewable energy and a deep fascination with the solar PV market, especially in the UK
  • Fundamental knowledge of solar PV technologies, project development processes, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to evaluate project feasibility and conduct financial analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with a diverse array of stakeholders.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset, accompanied by the ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
