Role Title: Supervisor Electrical Engineer - Solar
Reporting To: Lead Electrical Works - Solar Projects
Location: Project Site - Italy (Plants in Basilicata and Sicily)

A Spanish - International company in Renewable energy and infrastructure projects. Based in Milan with projects all over Italy. They focus on Solar PV and Agri voltaic plants.
Role Purpose
The Supervisor Electrical Engineer is responsible for the direct supervision, implementation, and proper execution of electrical engineering works in line with the construction plan, project specifications, material standards, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to construction rules and regulations in compliance with Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS) and local construction legislation.
- Supervise, implement, and oversee electrical engineering activities to ensure compliance with construction plans, project specifications, material standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Monitor electrical engineering operations to ensure alignment with established quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with the local team, supporting and supervising site activities related to electrical engineering work.
- Provide technical support to the construction team by reviewing project deliverables with contractors and subcontractors to ensure technical requirements and quality standards are met.
- Monitor and evaluate work-in-progress to ensure safety, quality, and quantity standards are achieved.
- Prepare detailed project reports (DPR) in accordance with established guidelines.
- Manage and control subcontractors' and contractors' activities to ensure productivity and quality on-site.
- Generate reports and data on work schedules to inform project progress and assist in contractor review meetings.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BE Electrical).
Experience
- 2 years experience as a technician working in Solar PV plants.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to train and mentor effectively.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work in collaborative environments.
- Self-motivated and capable of organizing and prioritizing multiple projects to meet deadlines.
