Project Manager/Project Director - Metro Experience Required
Start Date: Summer 2025
Location: Tel Aviv

We are supporting a leading European consultancy in the selection of a key role for a major Rail Transit project in Tel Aviv. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in metro projects and meet the following technical requirements:

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years' experience managing projects and quality assurance in rail transit projects.
• At least 3 consecutive years of experience managing the development and implementation of Project Management, Assurance Management, and Quality Management Systems (QMS) during the design and construction phases of a Rail Transit project.
• The project experience should involve a total project value of no less than 300m USD

Additional Skills & Experience:

• Strong managerial attitude and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and identify business opportunities within projects to expand the business and increase volume.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability in planning and coordinating complex consultancy projects.
• Experience in managing profit and loss for large-scale projects.
