Key Responsibilities

Structuring & Preparation: Organize and prepare German wind and solar projects for financing and sale.
Equity & Debt Frameworks: Independently manage financing based on established equity and debt agreements.
End-to-End Support: Oversee projects from development through to marketing and financing.
Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize project contracts.

Required Profile

Degree: Economics, business law, or commercial qualification (e.g., banking or legal training).
Experience: 4+ years in wind, solar, or BESS project finance.
Motivation: Committed to the energy transition.
Work Style: Structured, independent, and versatile.
