Training Manager (EXPAT) - Rail/Metro/HSR Projects
EWI are supporting a renowned international consultancy firm with a strong presence in the rail, metro, and high-speed rail industries. The company provides exceptional expertise and delivering high-quality solutions to their clients across the globe.
We are seeking a skilled International Training Manager to deliver both online and offline training programs related to Quality Check and Safety matters during the construction of Rail, Metro, and High-Speed Rail projects. This role requires an individual with a strong background in construction safety and quality, who can effectively communicate and engage with diverse teams across different countries and cultures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive training sessions on Quality Check and Safety standards during rail, metro, and HSR construction projects.
- Provide both online and offline training modules to staff and stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of safety protocols, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and industry trends.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting content as needed for continuous improvement.
- Travel to various international locations as required to deliver in-person training and workshops.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction training, with a strong emphasis on Quality Check and Safety procedures.
- Experience in the rail, metro, or HSR sectors is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience with both online and offline training delivery.
- Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to different cultural environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Fluency in English
