The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is seeking an experienced Commercial Business Unit Manager to join a leading international construction group in their head office in Chile.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, delivering on profit and revenue targets.
- Prepare the monthly and annual financial statements in cooperation with the Technical Business Unit Manager.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans for team members.
- Represent the business unit in high-level meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and innovative business solutions to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with regional and global leadership teams to align business goals with organisational objectives.
About the Role
As the Commercial Business Unit Manager, you will take full ownership of the strategy, operations, and performance of your business unit. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability while building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must have experience using TBM machine.
- Degree in commercial education.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience managing construction or similar projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Experience working with multicultural teams.
- International project experience is an advantage.
