Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with the company's regional and global objectives.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
- Lead procurement efforts, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing supply chain team.
- Use data-driven insights to forecast demand, manage inventory, and identify trends.
- Promote sustainability initiatives across the supply chain to support corporate environmental goals.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate policies, and ethical standards.
Project
The company we are working with are looking for someone with experience to manage their supply chain team over in Chile at the company headquarters.
Requirements
- A relevant degree
- Experience in Supply Chain or Logistics roles
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Construction company experience
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
