The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are looking for a storekeeper to join a global leader in construction sector for one of Norway's technical infrastructure projects involving roads, tunnels, bridges, drill and blast works.

Job Role / Responsibilities
- Management of the project warehouses and for the conservation of the materials / products supplied. In the reception phase, he is responsible for the correct handling of the materials / products and for the quantitative and qualitative verification of the same.
- He monitors the delivery forecasts of ordered goods and solicits critical materials. He prepares and issue reports and updates on the status of the warehouse. In the reception phase, checks the goods received are correlated with correct and complete documentation and for informing the Chief Store and the Ware Manager the Assurance and quality control about non-conformities relating to the material receive
- He maintenance the conservation of the material in good conditions and so that it is readily traceable and in places suitable for conservation. Is responsible for the management of spaces, layouts and internal organization according to the needs of the materials present. Checks the conditions of the stored product and guarantees the stock accuracy (physical / accounting correspondence) of the warehouse by monitoring and correcting any dynamics of misalignment. Informs the project structures involved in the event of non-compliance of the stored product.
- He checks availability of the necessary material on schedule through the continuous interface with the requesting project departments, planning requests in adequate advance.
- Monitors stock levels (value, coverage, deadlines, etc) to ensure there are no excess materials, No Moving, Slow Moving, excessive coverage."
- Helps and coordinates for the phase of delivery of the material to the requestors, also organizing the activities related to it (packaging, preparation of documentation, etc.) in case of transfers from the warehouse to other construction sites. It guarantees that the delivery and unloading operations from the warehouse are timely and correctly recorded, provides reports and updates on the activities carried out.
Project
The infrastructure project is based on the West Coast of Norway and consist of the construction of several tunnels, bridges and highways, the construction has just started and is estimated to last for at least 2 years.
