Purpose

Planning, tracking & co-coordination with internal & external agencies to demonstrate compliance with HSE legislations & other requirements at site.

Responsabilities

• Implement the project HSE standard through embedding systems, training staff and continuous auditing of behaviour;
• Conduct and document pre-planning safety meetings with each subcontractor safety representatives and/or foremen to establish safety procedures prior to subcontractor's activity on site.
• Coordinating & communicating with the management on matter relating safety & health.
• Monitoring safety performance of sub contractor
• Promoting occupational health & safety at every opportunity and leading by self example.
• Compliance safe work procedure
• Assist HSE Manager.
• Carrying out inspection and ensuring application of improvement resulting from the inspection.
• Carrying out: Safety survey, Safety Tour, Hazard Identification, Safety Inspection, Job Safety Analysis, Equipment inspection, Work Permit & Safety Audit.
• Ensure that Subcontractors are conducting the proper training requirements as per the HSE standards. If necessary, facilitate training for site personnel for compliance with Federal and State standards.

Requirements

• 2+ Year working experience with any construction company, and knowledge of construction site safety, health and safety rules and regulations of Spain.
• Certification in Health and Safety
