Purpose of the Role: Support the Construction Director in the leading of the Construction department. Lead team by working closely with the Construction Director. Coordinate the Area Construction Managers and track works as per project schedule and allocated budget, within the department. Generate project management plans, Coordination with project departments, calculate risks, maintain production schedules, setting standards and objectives for different departments and overseeing operations to ensure efficiency |
Qualifications: · Bachelor's Degree in related field · White Card Experience: · 11 years' experience working in the Construction Industry in a similar role · Experience working on large scale construction projects or other similar projects · Problem solving abilities · Sound knowledge of project operations |

Working Conditions: Cooma NSW is located 120km from Australia's Capital City of Canberra ACT. All sites are located approx. 120km from Cooma NSW.
The Construction sites are in a National Park, so all works need to be conducted paying particular attention to the environmental impacts and strictly following all the relevant regulations |
