Main responsibilities:

• Perform sourcing for subcontractors and vendors for specific project works;
• Coordinate the deliverable resource requirements;
• Purchase materials for the PV project from local suppliers and coordinate the delivery to the project site;
• Ensure that resources are delivered in the right quantity, condition and on time;
• Read and understand specifications and requirements regarding the project and its execution;
• Participate in meetings with contractors and subcontractors;
• Keep daily communication with the construction team representatives and summarize the information about the project progress;
• Communicate with Client to ensure that all information and documents are submitted on time;
• Prepare acceptance protocols, licenses, certificates and other documents required for closing project the milestone or the contract;
• Perform project cost control and reports on spending on vendors and subcontractors.

Your profile:

• Relevant experience in procurement and logistics in the construction or PV sector (on-site);
• Fluency in English and Spanish language;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
