Interface Manager - Offshore Wind Sector

About the Role:
EWI Recruitment is seeking an experienced Interface Manager on behalf of a leading client in the offshore wind industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company dedicated to advancing global decarbonization efforts through the development, financing, and operation of offshore wind farms. With a strong presence in Belgium, Germany, the UK, Taiwan, and Japan, the company manages over 1,500 MW of operational offshore wind assets and has a robust pipeline of projects worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all interfaces between different project packages/contracts, ensuring smooth coordination and resolution of technical, operational, commercial, and contractual aspects.
Work closely with Package Managers to develop and maintain a scope demarcation matrix, defining responsibilities and ensuring clear boundaries between packages.
Conduct regular coordination meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with overall project planning.
Maintain an interface register, providing updates to the project team and senior management.
Incorporate Lessons Learned from previous projects into the current project interface management process.
Travel to various project sites as required to ensure effective communication and management of interfaces.
Candidate Profile:
Relevant degree in engineering, management, or equivalent, with at least 7 years of experience in a related field such as renewable energy, oil and gas, interface management, or offshore wind.
Proven track record of delivering large projects and leading multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.
Strong understanding of interface management and project control principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and managerial skills.
Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
