Performance Manager

Job Description
The Performance Manager ensures continuity of production by monitoring the plants and cooperates with the Operation Manager to find solutions to be implemented on the plants.
More in details:
- Ensures the plant portfolio is always covered by contracts for technical and commercial management;
- Monitors active invoicing from the service company to the SPVs (Spare parts, services,..);
- Coordinates and gives inputs for the management systems to the IT department;
- Identifies and monitors key operational performance;
- File, update and track all downtime events and plant availability;
- Manages implementation of upgrades in case of underperformance on facilities that prevent their full service, promptly activating all necessary resources;
- Processes and monitors the preventive maintenance plan;
- Monitors plants' performances and draft relevant reports;
- Manages relationships with relevant entities such as ANRE, CEZ, Transelectrica etc.
- Manages relations with the insurance companies in case of claims including preparation of necessary documents;
- Collaborates with the Operation Manager to assure that measures to ensure health and safety standards and regulations are properly implemented and adhered to at each plant;
- Coordinates with the HSE department to carry out necessary inspections;
- Supports the decision-making process for strategies to internalize O&M activities.
Requirements
- Good experience in the role
- Master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent;
- Willingness to travel in southern Romania for 20% of working time;
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office;
- Good knowledge of English ( basic of Italian would be a plus );
- ANRE certifications, if any, would represent a plus (not mandatory)
