Kundenprofil: Unser Kunde, eine dynamische M&A- und Corporate Finance-Boutique, ist auf Real Assets spezialisiert. Sie beschaffen Eigenkapital, Mezzanine-Kapital und Fremdkapital für Energie- und Infrastrukturprojekte, Immobilien und mittelständische Unternehmen, wodurch Effizienz und Projektqualität gesteigert werden. Sie strukturieren verschiedene Finanzierungsoptionen und verbinden ihre Kunden mit einem umfangreichen Netzwerk von institutionellen Investoren und alternativen Kapitalgebern. Ihre Expertise umfasst Energie, Infrastruktur, Immobilien und Unternehmensfinanzierung und sie managen Kauf- oder Verkaufsprozesse mit großer Sorgfalt.
Rollenübersicht: Als Associate im Bereich M&A und Debt Advisory arbeiten Sie direkt mit Direktoren und Partnern zusammen und tragen zur Entwicklung, Strukturierung und Umsetzung von Mandaten in ganz Europa bei. Ihr Fokus liegt auf einer Vielzahl von Assets, einschließlich Onshore-Wind, Solar-PV und Energiespeicherung.
Hauptaufgaben:
- Unterstützung bei der Origination und Durchführung von Finanzierungs- und M&A-Prozessen.
- Entwicklung und Pflege von anspruchsvollen Finanzmodellen, Diskontierten Cashflow-Bewertungen und Szenarioanalysen.
- Erstellung von wichtigen Marketing- und Handelsdokumenten wie Teasern, Informationsmemoranden und Berichten.
- Projektmanagement mit Beteiligung mehrerer externer Parteien.
- Unterstützung bei Due-Diligence-Prozessen.
- Recherche, Verfassen und Überprüfung von Marktinformationen für Marketingmaterialien.
- Aktive Teilnahme am Büroalltag eines jungen, innovativen Unternehmens, das ständig bestrebt ist, die Qualität seiner Dienstleistungen zu verbessern.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten:
- Außergewöhnlich starke Excel-Modellierungsfähigkeiten, idealerweise mit VBA-Erfahrung.
- Fähigkeit, Aufgaben in einer stressigen und schnelllebigen Umgebung zu priorisieren und auszuführen.
- Wirtschaftliches Denken mit Eigeninitiative und einem hohen Maß an Detailorientierung.
- Starke Arbeitsmoral, die es ermöglicht, sowohl eigenständig als auch im Team effektiv zu arbeiten.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um technische Konzepte einem nicht-technischen Publikum zu erklären.
- Versiert im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel.
- Idealerweise 2-3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung.
- Engagement für persönliches Wachstum und berufliche Entwicklung.
Wünschenswerte Fähigkeiten (nicht erforderlich):
- Branchenerfahrung in den Bereichen erneuerbare Energien, Energie und/oder Infrastruktur.
- Bevorzugt fließend in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Zusätzliche europäische Sprachen (Spanisch, Portugiesisch, Italienisch, Polnisch, Finnisch oder Schwedisch) sind von Vorteil.
Gehaltspaket: All-in 100.000 bis 120.000 Euro pro Jahr
