What is being looked for, is someone that has no issues in picking up the phone and open new relationships with clients throughout LATAM and Southern EU.
Responsibilities include:
- Secure meetings for the senior sales team by outbound prospecting calls, e-mails and numerous other touch points from campaign lead sources and cold contacts.
- Following up client calls with information and proposals
- Analysis of current client data and sector information
- Input and support to marketing team generating content-based lead generation activity
- Working with sales and marketing to convert current leads
- Contacts and appointments secured
- Pre-qualify all leads and distribute them accordingly for further qualification
- Educate prospects on the services that our client provides
- Effectively manage daily / monthly activities including call volume, pipeline / forecasting, and quota goals
- Follow up with Regional Manager to ensure lead hand-off is successful and seamless
- Generate designated number of sales qualified leads based on targets set by manager.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years' experience in a similar business development and telesales role
- An interest and sound understanding of solar technology, capable of having a credible conversation with an engineer
- Strong written ability and excellent communication skills in English is essential to create a collaborative atmosphere within the team while achieving key objectives
- Spoken and written proficiency in Spanish and Italian + English
- Self-motivated and resilient with excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM programs
- Comfortable engaging with corporate clients at a variety of levels up to and including C-Suite
