MISSION
The tender technician must coordinate the preparation of public and private tenders, in coordination with business and the rest of the departments involved. Giving cohesion to the proposal, identifying risks and with a clear orientation to maximise the possibilities of success.
FUNCTIONS
- Analysis of the technical and administrative specifications.
- Identifying the key points of the tender that will enable the Company to win the contract.
- Visits to buildings or facilities and data collection as required to develop the bid.
- Calculation, analysis and closing of costs together with the business development manager.
- Promote coordination and collaboration between the business areas involved in order to understand the specificities of each tender and adapt the offer to be submitted by the company.
- Preparation of Business Plan analysing whether the offer to be made complies with the profitability parameters set by the company.
- Preparation of technical documentation and preparation of technical reports.
- Monitoring the opening of the tender documents, ensuring that any errors are corrected and coordinating the Company's presence at the contracting tables when necessary.
- Coordinating the logistical aspects of the tender, from assembly to delivery on time and in the correct form to the recipient of the tender, to ensure that the administrative requirements of the tender are met.
- Price negotiation and alignment of objectives and scope with suppliers.
- Benchmarking comparison with the market.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Industrial Engineering / Energy or similar (Higher Industrial or Technical Engineering).
- VALUABLE: Training and Certifications in Energy Efficiency and/or Renewable Energies.
- Required experience: minimum 2 years
- Required knowledge: Presto, Project and Office Package (solid background in Excel).
- Valuable: Autocad, Presto, Dialux. Basic financial concepts for the elaboration of business plans (BP) or P&L.
- Experience in the presentation of public tenders and state contracting platform.
- English: B2
