Title: Site Manager (Construction)
Start: Asap
Location: Ireland, Longford (Must be eligible to work here)
Salary: Competitive salary + company car + car allowance + insurance + bonus
Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Oversee the management, coordination, and execution of all on-site activities for the project's construction.
- Lead the site team (excluding HSE), including supervisors for mechanical, electrical, civil, warehouse, and quality management.
- Ensure all subcontractor activities comply with HSE documentation before site entry and conduct work according to these documents.
- Monitor subcontractors' production rates on-site and ensure project execution aligns with contractual requirements.
- Coordinate and ensure the execution of all site work, adhering to technical requirements, project execution design, and permits.
- Maintain high-quality standards for executed work.
- Set up and manage on-site offices and facilities.
- Provide daily progress reports to the Project Manager and prepare weekly reports.
- Identify and mitigate any risks that could cause delays or additional costs to the project.
- Suggest value-added alternatives for project execution.
- Share return of experience on executed site work.
- Be available for site visits and displacements.
Training and Technical Skills (training type, experience, qualifications, language, etc.):
- Technician degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction projects, preferably in the energy sector.
- Proficient in tools and techniques for project scheduling, planning, and reporting (ability to work with planning software).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of HSE requirements.
