Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
Ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications, and building codes.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
Quality Control
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and client expectations.
Identify and resolve any issues or deficiencies in a timely manner.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Resource Management:
Manage on-site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Order and manage construction materials, ensuring timely delivery and proper storage.
Maintain accurate records of project expenses, labor hours, and material usage.
Travel:
Travel to various project sites as required, often for extended periods.
Adapt to different working environments and site conditions.
Stay informed about local regulations and requirements at each site.
