We are hiring on behalf of our client for a HSE Project Coordinator to join a major infrastructure Project in Denmark.

Job Role / Responsibilities
As a Project HSE Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving HSE compliance and coordination across the project. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading HSE coordination meetings with internal and external specialists.
- Monitoring and auditing contractor compliance with HSE standards.
- Participating in safety walks and contributing to incident investigations and mitigation efforts.
- Providing regular reports to senior management on HSE trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Supporting the development and implementation of strategic HSE initiatives.
- Updating and enhancing HSE procedures and management plans.
- Collaborating with contractors to execute HSE campaigns.
- Promoting knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.
Project
You will play a key role in ensuring HSE compliance on a large-scale infrastructure project with complex construction activities, contributing to the safety and success of the operation.
Location
The role is based in Zealand, Denmark at the client's project office, with occasional work trips to other locations.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Several years of experience in occupational health and safety within infrastructure, construction, offshore, or rail projects.
- Strong knowledge of Danish work environment legislation and HSE best practices.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment.
