The market leading infrastructure & energy recruiter is seeking a Senior Estimator from a Transmission & Distribution Construction background to be based near the clients sites across Texas.

Job Role / Responsibilities

The Estimator will be responsible for preparing estimates and proposals for Transmission and Distribution (T&D) projects, covering a variety of project types and clients. This role will assist clients in making informed, data-driven decisions by providing accurate estimates in a clear and professional manner, while also minimizing risks to the company.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of direct project estimating experience, or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of the degree. The role requires the ability to work both independently and in teams, think creatively and analytically, and make sound decisions quickly. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office, ConEst, and K-base.

Salary Package

$80,000 - $100,000 + a competitive benefits package
