Oshore Wind Site Managers

*must be local in South Korea

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute project and ensure that they meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
  • Lead and promote site safety
  • Control the daily management and progressing of site activities, in cooperation with internal and external
  • Ensuring programme schedule from site establishment to turbine/plan test completion
  • Checking and preparing site reports including summary of construction progress, specific quality documentation and as-built documents, registration of site activities and reporting to the project manager
  • Managing subcontractors, and ensure all working permits/authorizations are in place
  • Interpret and explain contracts and technical information when required
  • Liaising with clients and reporting progress
  • Ensure project documentation is complete during the project
  • With the Installation Supervisors drive the daily tool box meetings with subcontractors
  • Project accounting functions including managing the budget for site based costs, and minimizing exposure and risk in the project

Ideal experience:

  • Ideally proven experience ideally within the wind turbine industry, or related large-scale onshore construction project background
  • Experience of supervision / leadership
  • Technical diploma, degree or relevant qualification related to engineering, construction or similar
  • Proven working experience in construction management
  • Leadership and resources management skills
  • Strong safety mindset and high-quality standards
  • Solid time and project management skills
  • Competent in conflict and crisis management
  • Intercultural competencies
