A leading renewable energy developer is seeking a Project Manager (Solar/Storage) to oversee the rollout and construction of solar and battery storage projects. This is an opportunity to work on high-impact projects while contributing to the clean energy transition.

Role Overview

The Project Manager (Solar & Storage) will oversee the entire EPC lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves technical oversight, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and financial control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of solar and storage projects, from planning to commissioning.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) phases.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, lenders, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Monitor project performance, budget, and reporting to senior management.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum five years experience in Energy Project Management (EPC or IPP) with Solar/BESS.
• Degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Hybrid Power Solutions, SCADA, EMS/PMS, and Medium Voltage Systems.
• Fluent in English, with professional-level French preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally or internationally as required.

Salary: 5000 to 8000 Monthly Net + Accommodation

Location: Madagascar with Travel

Langugaes: English & French (professional level)
