Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Traveling Construction Manager to oversee the installation of solar tracking products on large-scale ground mount solar sites across the United States. This role requires extensive travel and involves acting as a subject matter expert, providing technical support, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders. The position aims to deliver high-quality installations that exceed customer expectations and foster loyalty through exceptional onsite support services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of project execution, including performance, schedule, and cost, from initiation until permission to operate has been received.
Oversee technical and financial aspects of assigned projects, ensuring quality standards, budget, and timelines are met.
Coordinate internal resources and manage subcontractors for each project.
Supervise project phases, including design, permitting, material procurement, and construction.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and handle project documentation.
Collaborate with other departments: Safety, Quality, Environment, Engineering, Purchasing, and Administration.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in the Solar C&I industry and at least 2 years in a similar role.
Thorough understanding of Solar PV systems.
Experience in leading a team of Technicians.
Proficiency in English (verbal and written communication) and good report writing skills.
Computer literacy (MS Office Suite and Google App Suite).
Valid driver's license and reliable transport; willingness to use own vehicle for business travel (expenses reimbursed per company policies).
