Your Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing and Selection: Identify and engage potential candidates in the DACH region, conduct interviews, and assess their suitability for various positions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and develop strategies to expand our network and influence in the DACH region.
- Negotiations: Conduct salary negotiations and manage the entire recruitment process through to successful placement.
Your Profile:
- Language: Decent level of German (B1/B2) is required, and good English proficiency is expected.
- Education: A degree or equivalent qualification is advantageous but not essential.
- Personality: Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a high level of ambition to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
- Experience: Some experience in recruitment, sales, or a client-facing role is a plus but not required.
