Project Controls Manager - Infrastructure - Bénin
Our client is recruiting a Program Controls Manager for a major infrastructure project in Benin. This role involves full responsibility for the development and management of the program control system, encompassing cost, risk, and schedule controls. The position requires relocation to Benin for the duration of the contract and proven experience in project control systems for large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
Key Requirements
Education
- Minimum BAC+5 in Engineering, Construction Contract Management, Administration, or a related field.
General Experience
- At least 10 years of proven experience in planning, budgeting, and scheduling for infrastructure projects, particularly in the transport sector.
Specific Experience
- Managed at least one road project with a value of USD 20 million or more in Francophone Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Conducted project audits on multi-component programs valued at USD 20 million+ within the last 10 years.
- Project management certification (Prince2, PMP, PRIMAVERA, or equivalent) is required.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in French is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
Position Details
