The market leading infrastructure, water & energy recruiter is seeking Project Managers from a Water / Wastewater background to be based out of their clients Charlotte NC site locations

In this role, you can capitalize on your leadership and strong communication skills to direct and lead a team, manage large complex projects, and/or multiple projects while overseeing the work of one or more project managers. . Job Responsibilities:
* Partnering with project directors in responding to Request for Proposals including the preparation of conceptual estimates, schedules, and other proposal documents
* Preparing detailed estimates, cost code input, and cost control systems
* Working with directors of construction and construction core personnel to establish job organization including superintendents and self-perform craftworker requirements maintaining submittal control
* Preparing and securing owner acceptance of contract change orders
* Managing and ensuring payments to subcontractors and vendors effectively directing project close-out tasks and any warranty work
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent plus 5 years or more of experience in Industrial Water/Wastewater facility construction, design, or management preferred. Ability to Manage and be part of a team as well as the ability to develop strong business plans. Experience utilizing Microsoft products +scheduling software.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications:
* Knowledge in the design and construction of Industrial Water/Wastewater facilities
* Research experience is a plus with excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
* Excellent sales and customer relationship skills
* Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
* Abilities to work independently, manage time wisely and prioritize tasks
* Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
* This job will require 50%+ travel
