Project Requirements & Standards Manager (Rail) - Saudi Arabia
EWI are supporting a Leading European Consultancy in their search for an experienced Project Requirements and Standards Manager to join a prestigious new high-speed railway project in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and ensuring compliance with technical standards and project requirements, contributing to the success of this landmark transportation initiative.
Start date: ASAP
Location: This role is based in Riyadh, with a preference for candidates already located in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, develop, and implement project-specific requirements and standards.
- Ensure all project activities adhere to local, national, and international rail standards.
- Collaborate with design, construction, and project management teams to ensure project compliance.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure project requirements are met at every phase.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including government authorities and contractors, to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years post-graduate experience in a relevant field.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience working on high-speed rail projects.
- Familiarity with regional and international railway standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
